Leadership Skills For The Energy Industry In 2019

Command and Control Management Doesn't Work Anymore

Yes, there are still times where you need to give orders and instructions, but as you know demographic and societal changes are reducing the effectiveness of traditional leadership and management methods.

Loyalty and reliability are decreasing and demands for money, flexibility, and customization are increasing.

Leading by Influence is created to solve this problem.

This live workshop is designed and taught by Paul Endress, an instructor with a decade of experience helping energy companies of all types to give leaders and managers strategies, tools, and frameworks they can immediately use to get the most from every employee, vendor, and contractor.

If you are ever called upon to lead others in either a formal or informal leadership role, this program will give you skills you can use to create immediate results.
